I specialise in the comprehensive management of residential estates, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day maintenance and operations. My role involves maintaining regular communication with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of each estate. I am responsible for appointing contractors for various works, carefully vetting each contractor to ensure that the highest standards of quality and compliance are upheld throughout the process.In addition to routine maintenance, I oversee the management of large-scale residential developments, which often include prestigious Grade II* Listed properties. This requires a deep understanding of heritage building preservation and the unique challenges associated with maintaining such properties, while ensuring that all works are executed in line with both modern standards and conservation requirements.My approach focuses on proactive management, where I strive to anticipate potential issues before they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to leaseholders and maintaining the integrity and value of the properties under my care. I also work closely with all stakeholders, from owners and tenants to contractors and regulatory bodies, to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
