Working within a sales department my role is to manage and make professional connections within the health industry. I support the Neurological multidisciplinary team alongside a home’s manager to meet the needs of the client with the appropriate therapies, so the care staff can support and encourage them to build their everyday living skills and offer a better quality of life. I work with social workers, case managers and solicitors to ensure funding is in place, supporting family members through there frustration of the systems and funding processes.
