Dumas & Vaughn is a boutique litigation law firm specializing in sexual abuse and assault cases. We primarily represent survivors of child abuse – those who are now adults and those still under 18 – in cases against institutions of trust as well as perpetrators. Many of our cases involve the Boy Scouts, churches, schools, and other youth-serving organizations. We also represent adults who were sexually assaulted or exploited by mental health professionals, massage therapists, or others. We have cases in Oregon, the Pacific Northwest, California, and across the country, working closely with our network of skilled attorneys in other states.Gilion Dumas founded Dumas & Vaughn in 2014 as Dumas Law Group. The firm changed its name in 2019 when long-time associate Ashley Vaughn became a partner.
