ABOUT GILES LLOYD
Extensive career in Deep Tech for over 20 years including taking new science and technology from fundamental research through to mass production with commercial sales. I started out in electronics and semiconductor engineering before moving to physics and chemistry R&D in the field of novel semiconductor materials but later transitioning to the commercial side of corporate R&D. Since then I have developed a broad and strong skill set covering business development, strategic marketing, business leadership and management. I have extensive experience developing global customer and partnership networks, with key examples being in Asia, US and EU, as part of both large multinational corporations and startup companies. Throughout all of my positions, I have developed and honed strong leadership and interpersonal skills enabling valuable and mutually beneficial internal and external interactions to faciltate opportunity and growth for the organisation.
