In my role as International Commercial Counsel & Legal Manager I am responsible for legal matters mainly in EMEA and APAC, and global issues such as data privacy and GDPR compliance, regulatory matters and compliance training, on top of my general commercial caseload which includes the negotiation and closure of SaaS contracts and the engagement of channel partners worldwide.
