I\'m a business improvement consultant spending most of my time with people who are fed up with the struggle of delivering on time. Most of my clients are directors / business owners, of already successful businesses, who find that they want more control over their operations whilst increasing profit.My knowledge and experience is a combination of operations management, lean manufacturing and MRP / ERP systems. This mix allows me to help a range of businesses, although my primary focus is in the manufacturing sector (and their production problems!). My approach is to work in partnership with my clients; helping them to deliver change through their business.
