Responsible for managing a cross-site team of experienced contracting professionals for UCB\'s Early Solutions Patient Value unit, who act as collaborators to support UCB\'s Research Hubs in the UK, Belgium and US for the externalisation of research and development underpinning UCB\'s preclinical R&D portfolio.The teams based on both Slough and Braine-l\'Alleud\'s Research Hubs support a multitude of types of external research contracts with Companies, Academia, Hospitals, Charities, Patient Organisations and Research Councils globally; ranging from confidentiality agreements to complex research collaborations, technology platform licensing and academic/industry/government consortia right across the spectrum of the drug development pipeline.
