Builds relationships with clients and contractors to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and can manage parties’ expectations to avoid disputes. Stress tests the on-site construction techniques and sequence required to efficiently meet programs from each sub-contractor to protect the agree milestones and offers up alternatives and solutions to enable mitigation actions to be taken. Remains responsible for liaising with the client, consultants, sub-contractors and the other directors, with specific reference to budget control and progress reporting against milestones.
