Professor Doctor Sheppard is an internationally award winning filmmaker who has screened her films at Cannes film festival, Berlin, Ghana West Africa and throughout USA. She is presently completing her feature length documentary concerning the transformative power of education, resistance and compassion of men and women in Washington state prisons. Dr. Sheppard also volunteer teaches college level classes in Washington State prisons.
