I am passionate about working with customers to understand their individual and organizational needs for bringing high reliability, high complexity products to market - and keeping them there as long as feasible. I believe that maximizing the lifespan of those products creates the most value for our customers and is a critical aspect of sustainability in the marketplace and the world. Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of building and leading technical teams, including a 100-person design and development center and a global business development team. I am currently focused on leveraging that operational experience by leading a global team of technical professionals, focused on creating and implementing continuous improvement solutions to enable scaling of our Sustaining Services business.
