Proven delivery across multiple global markets and experience in business development, insights, sales, product development and brand marketing.Graduated with honours from The University of Nottingham, UK and have since been proud to work for market leading consumer goods manufacturers in both the UK and Australia. During this time, I have developed relationships across multiple retail channels & routes to market including modern grocery, traditional wholesale, pharmacy, food service, e-commerce, discounter and convenience. Also led development of strategy to grow some of the world’s largest brands through both core and innovation.Key highlights of my career to date include- Development of my team to achieve \'supplier of the year\' accolade with largest wholesale customer in 2015- Awarded Wrigley National Business Manager of the year 2016- Named Mars Ambassador to \'Keep America Beautiful\' 2016- 31st Winner of prestigious ‘Joe Berry\' Australian retail industry executive award - 2017- Panelist and speaker at 2019 Australia Food & Grocery Council Conference on packaging & supply chain sustainability. Outside of work I enjoy training for and watching sport, primarily football, cycling and triathlon. I also take a keen interest in Physics, Politics and Business Strategy amongst other areas of study.Long term, I aim to lead an organisation which many people wish to join and are proud to say they work for.
