OSS/5G vRAN New Feature Implementation, System Software & Application Patch upgrades• Dimensioning, Configuration and Orchestration of new VMs on Openstack• Installation and maintenance of NFVO, VNFM (CMS)• Level-2 Troubleshooting of issues observed/escalated.• MOP / SOP Creation.• Design the test cases for integration and upgrade process in collaboration with the customer, conduct the lab test on new versions prior to pushing to production and analyze the test data.• Perform systems testing and verification, and troubleshoot or resolve the issues related to the EMS.• Provide EMS support for trial/rollout projects plan, process, document, efficiency and quality• Overall OSS responsibilities to collaborate with other teams to meet the network acceptance criteria for the customer• Regular project review meetings with customers• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and support the sales team in the pursuit of new business
