BTG Eddisons are involved in all aspects of commercial property including marketing commercial property for sale or for letting, providing acquisition and development advice, Additionally also offering many professional services including bank and pension fund valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals together with a commercial property management department looking after portfolio\'s with approx. properties from our Kettering office alone from small individual properties to large estates of over sq. ft.BTG Eddisons have a building surveying department providing advice on New builds, development, building surveys for those looking to acquire, refurbishments, and for landlord and tenant dilapidations and maintenance.
