Managed the data migration effort from the legacy CRM application (Go Service Pro) pulling account and work order information to be visible in ServiceMax. Setup new user profile and security along with remote training guides. Provided appropriate support to 130 end users in the organization and field teams with managed objects like Accounts, Products, Location, Installed Products, Service Contracts, Parts Orders, Work Orders. Worked closely with Saleforce TCS team to customize the business needs and craft solutions (new fields, new objects) to ServiceMax that improve workflows and reporting. Maintain data quality by identifying and deleting or merging duplicate records, cleansing and updating inaccurate data performed using the data loader. Assist in performing and executing functional testing. Developing use cases, test scripts, and translate these for usage in automated regression testing Created and managed dashboards, reports forms, templates, page layouts workflows and approvals.
