I have built a diversified yet extensive experience in the fields of large infrastructure project and program management, ranging through feasibility and investment analysis studies, risk analysis, engineering design, procurement, on-site supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, business development, strategic oversight and litigation solving through mediation, in both private and public sectors while building synergic and highly performing teams. I am a proactive, performance-driven, multilingual Engineer, with over 20 years of engineering design and project/program management expertise in Canada. I proved to be innovative and successful in solving problems using out-of-the-box thinking. I am very self-motivated and able to work irregular hours. In addition, I possess strong communication skills with an eye for detail. Member in good standing of: Board of Engineers of Quebec, Board of Engineers of Beirut, Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Water Works Association (AWWA).
