Lead and supervise a dynamic team of researchers based in London, Madrid, and Singapore, delivering high-quality third-party due diligence for our clients. The team is integral to a global delivery team of over 100+ researchers, managers, and consultants based in 14 cities around the world- Team Leadership and Management: Directly overseeing my team\'s research outputs, ensuring the timely delivery of due diligence assignments while maintaining the highest quality standards. Closing each project cycle with efficiency- Client engagement: Formulating bespoke due diligence solutions tailored to clients coming from various industries such as oil and gas, defense and telecommunications, while ensuring adherence to our product scope and methodology. Manage efficient and timely response to clients\' requests and \"post-delivery\" queries- Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance: Providing ongoing training to team members with guidance from our dedicated team of knowledge management and quality assurance specialists. Reviewing deliverables against our methodology and the specific requirements of the team\'s jurisdictions of expertise, particularly within Southeast Asia and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands)- Vendor and Subcontractor Relations: Managing relationships with local vendors and subcontractors to integrate on-the-ground insights into our deliverables- Cost Management: Overseeing the cost management of our due diligence projects to ensure they meet budgetary requirements- Support product development: Supporting the ongoing effort of our product development team to tailor creative due diligence offerings beyond traditional ABC/AML/CTF scopes, by offering ESG, human rights, and supply chain due diligence propositions. This includes participating in product testing, training team members on new products, and leading the production of test reports for prospective clients with these new propositions.

ABOUT GILANG AL GHIFARI LUKMAN
Gilang Al Ghifari Lukman is an Indonesian research supervisor at Control Risks. He holds an MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford, where he also studied Arabic and Hebrew. His main research interests are Indonesia\'s role in global decolonisation, the Arab-Israel conflict, and contemporary issues in Global Jewry and the Muslim World.Gilang channels his intellectual passion and activism by co-founding Haifa Institute, an Indonesia-based online platform focusing on Palestinian affairs. He currently serves as the Head of Research Bureau at the Institute.
