Lead a 140-member IT organization and manage a $75M annual budget.Key Accomplishments:Cultural Transformation through Process Maturity: Rebuilt and modernized the IT organization around a “business-led, IT-enabled” philosophy, establishing a culture of innovation and accountability.” Implemented ITIL-based service delivery and launched a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program that drives measurable gains in quality, accountability, and innovation readiness.Drove digital transformation initiatives, including a chain-wide NCR Emerald POS rollout, SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM modernization.Launched the company’s first eCommerce platform integrating Mercatus with third-party marketplace platforms.Built the first Enterprise Data Foundation on Microsoft Azure and rolled out Power BI enterprise analytics, reducing “time to insight” by 80%.Strengthened cybersecurity through PAM, SOC, SOAR, and SSO solutions—reducing audit findings from 75+ to <5 annually.Delivered $5.2M in annual cost savings through vendor optimization and competitive RFPs.
