ABOUT GIL HOFTMAN
Helix Neuropsychiatric Center has a mission to deliver high quality, personally tailored assessments and treatments for mental health, focusing on fostering inborn resilience from childhood through adulthood. The Helix approach integrates evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, medications, and/or neuromodulation while tapping into advanced neurogenetic and brain research to offer personalized care.In parallel, my role as Faculty at UCLA Psychiatry allows me to continue investigating adolescent psychosis risk and contribute to the scientific community\'s understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders. The Helix approach strives for significant health improvements, emphasizing prevention and healthy behaviors as cornerstones of the work we all must do.
