   Leading the HF field by defining, testing, and evaluating Human-Machine interfaces and implementing human factors methodologies on future flight deck and cabin designs in accordance with HF standards DOD-HDBK-743a, MIL-STD-1472, HF-STD-001B requirements and industry practices- Performing ergonomic analysis, functional assessments and field-of-view studies using CATIA/DELMIA Ergonomic Evaluation module- Performing ergonomic evaluation, validation, and verification of the flight deck on mock-ups and iron bird and producing test reports and associated documentation- Performing HF assessments of electronic displays with touch-screen UI architecture in accordance with HF standards 14 CFR AC23.1311 and MIL-STD-18012B- Performing trade studies, conceptual design, and ergonomic assessments of Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA) for future Commuter, Executive and Cargo variants of the Alice- Reviewing and evaluating crew and passenger seating systems and their associated components and interfaces- Supporting HF and safety-of-flight regulatory compliance activities of the prototype Alice during integration and ground testing.
