The region includes: Allegheny County and also includes the City of Pittsburgh, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland counties.The SPC mission is to help direct the use of state and federal transportation and economic development funds allocated to the region—approximately $35 billion through 2045.
