I lead Ads Marketplace (AFP) and Pages, Products and Services Marketplace, and Customer Experience Platform (Campaign Manager, Business Manager, API, etc.) Data Science team in LinkedIn Marketing Solution (LMS). The team covers a wide range of product scope from Ads Format & Placement, Pages, Products & Services marketplace. We are responsible for driving organic Pages engagement as well as monetization growth by optimizing company and advertiser value through data-driven insights, machine learning modeling, advanced measurement and experimentation methodology. We solve complex ads ecosystem problems by working closely with various cross-functional teams such as product, AI, engineering, business operations and finance to develop and deliver metrics, analyses, solutions, and insights, with actionable recommendations to business partners. As an IC, I tech led the Notification DS in Growth and the team helped send the right notifications to the right people at the right time across channels (email, push, in-app/badge).
