Work directly with the RealPage (OneSite)’s Implementation, Payment, Documentation, Resident Portal, Screening & Training teams, Account Representative, and Engagement Manager for conversion & check scanner setup. • Training: Provide training for the property team, fiscal team, and site staff. Created a series of “How to” training slides & videos on scanning a check, printing a receipt, doing a move-in and lease renewal. Provide ongoing support to the staff. • Property Management & Compliance: Collaborate with the Compliance to set up lease packets & annual certification to meet the regulatory, rent stabilization, HOME, and tax credit requirements. Stay on top of all compliance updates in the system, e.g. income limits, rent increases, DHCR registration. • IT: Work closely with IT for system updates, new users onboarding for training and other trouble shooting. • RealPage Helpdesk: Work with RealPage Support Team to get tickets answered and resolve any system problems. • Accounting: Setup transaction codes. Plan & direct the RealPage month-end & year-end closing process. Review bank deposit & check scan accuracy. Monitor ledgers setup. Provide data analysis & fiscal reports to the senior management. • Data analysis & customized lease packets: Transform the RealPage data and create customized fiscal reports through Excel & Power Query. Create customized lease packets & notices through Merge Fields.
