I am a professional growth specialist with 25 years of experience developing adult education and certification programs.I work to deeply understand the problem, and then figure out how to make things happen. Working out ways to collaborate. Identifying trends vs. fads. And of course, delivering excellence in professional growth opportunities. Also, content development, writing, editing, instructional design, and publications design, plus hardcore knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition to my work at NICET, I serve as Vice President of the nonprofit advocacy group Vegan Leaders in Corporate Management, and also as a Board member for Poe Baltimore, preserving Edgar Allan Poe\'s legacy in Baltimore and beyond, I also teach martial arts and fitness classes and I’m available for private lessons.
