I’m an Industrial Engineer passionate about using data, process improvement, and quality systems to drive measurable impact in regulated manufacturing environments.Currently, I work as a Quality Intern at Foxx Life Sciences, supporting GMP-regulated bioprocess operations compliant with FDA and ISO 13485. My role sits at the intersection of quality, operations, and suppliers, where I focus on reducing variation, improving process reliability, and turning quality data into actionable improvements.I regularly conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA execution for supplier defects, nonconformances, and customer complaints. By managing and analyzing SCAR, NCMR, RMA, and inspection data, I help improve audit readiness, supplier accountability, and KPI-driven decision making. My work has delivered in cost savings through defect reduction, supplier credits, and inventory recovery, while preventing nonconforming materials from reaching production through 600+ incoming inspections.Previously, as a Product Development Intern, I applied Lean and systems-thinking principles to improve cross-functional execution. I supported multiple new product launches, standardized technical documentation, and improved supplier communication reducing lead times by 15% and design rework by 20%. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how design, quality, and operations must align to scale efficiently.I hold a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University with hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), DOE, SAP ERP, and continuous improvement methodologies.I’m seeking full-time roles in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Continuous Improvement, where I can drive operational excellence, reduce waste, and deliver data-backed results.
