Nothing will work unless you do”Firstly a when i heard the word job or work. I had had this thought in my mind that I’ll be into work where you will be forced to do things from your boss or manger.When I was interviewed by citi bank for pseudo officer role i was frightened and nervous to work. And then after completing a job of the respective day i had this satisfaction where nothing will work unless you and then i worked for 18 months as a pseudo officer and then my contract was over at the bank and had to left the job.And my second job was at Ebix cash, they started a tech park processing a customer services for 10 to 15 domestic companies like swiggy, videocon, narayana health and many more. I was shortlisted for swiggy customer services and as a customer support excuetive, was handling chats upto 80 to 100 chats per day rectifying the customer queries from the pre order to the post orders. And i was also been awarded and certified as a quick customer query resolver they had a term called AHT. And about 9 months the company was well furnished and was getting a good outcome of the services post that they had to ramdown the whole process and the company as well.Thirdly one of my friend referred me with SI-UK for a position of Buddy consultant.I was shadowed by two senior consultants for UK & Ireland. From the shortlisting till the visa i was fully fledged taught by the senior consultants for both the destinations. As a Buddy consultant my job was to call the students interact with them know there interest collect the documents shortlist the universities for them. Proceeding with the applications and offer chase up and many more. And i was also added into marketing sales where i was put to vist three universities in Bangalore and promote SI-UK by stalls, workshops. And after one year of two months i had to move to the other company considering my experience and learning. I had to move as a Consultant with Preston education Consultancy for Goireland & Gouk.
