Licensed professional engineer and project manager with more than 15 years of design and construction support experience in the commercial, industrial and municipal buildings market. As project manager, he has been in charge of monitoring project progress, invoicing, proposals, quality milestones and keeping the project within scope, budget and schedule. As a mechanical engineer, he has design experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection design. He has sustainable design experience, LEED documentation experience, building energy simulation modeling capability, standards and building code knowledge and general computer expertise. He also has experience in construction support duties such as shop drawing reviews, site assessments, site surveys, punch lists, RFIs, etc. He is experienced in CAD software including AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit.
