   I currently serve in a senior-level management position guiding strategy, marketing, and experience management (XM) for a leading experience management services firm. My responsibilities include all areas of marketing including growth strategies, corporate branding, lead generation, public relations, analyst relations and all facets of corporate communications. I also lead our XM programs which is focused on ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience working with our people. Additional areas of expertise include counselling clients on internal communication, development of discovery exercises for employee engagement, and serving as an experienced facilitator and conference speaker. In my long tenure at Walker I have lead initiatives to launch informative newsletters, produce B2B customer experience conferences, develop a monthly CX webcast series, publish in-depth research reports, and create a patented business exercise which has been presented to thousands of participants over the past decade. I am also a certified experience management professional (XMP) and a certified customer experience professional (CCXP).
