Team Leader for two technical teams at RWDI - the Applied Climatology team and the Wind Effects on Bridge and Solar Structures team. The Applied Climatology focuses on climate modeling, climate analysis and geostatistical analysis/GIS. The Bridge and Solar team are the worldwide leaders in the engineering consulting space on the topic of wind loads and effects acting on bridges, solar structures and other flexible structures.In my technical role, I oversees a wide range of studies, including meteorological, cladding, structural, solar array and green roof studies. I specialize in the determination of climatic loading conditions, statistical analysis of historical wind, precipitation and temperature records. In this role, I have been directly involved in the determination of extreme wind climates on every continent, I have worked on dozens of medium and long span bridges, and has published numerous technical papers on various wind engineering topics at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
