I am currently a Global Product Lead at Google, where I drive product strategy by translating global customer and regional sales needs into a unified product roadmap, enabling us to influence the future of core search capabilities.I’m also passionate about health wearables and using that data to guide my physical and mental limits. I share my experiments and learnings on here, so follow along if it sounds interesting to you. A brief rundown of my background; I’m a Bachelor of Business Science Honours graduate from the University of Cape Town with majors in Statistics and Analytics. I use perpetual agility to evolve data, knowledge and understanding to create new and innovative business insights and value for our clients.I have a passion for start-ups, particularly tech start-ups, and I even had a go at starting my own (Dropr) a few years ago. I aim to build and facilitate the journey of start-ups from concept to inception to growth and expansion. While enjoying what I do, I am also passionate about expanding my knowledge in the wearable space. I love the outdoors and completing triathlons has given me a new perspective on how the body functions and its mechanics. Wearables are going to play a very important role in human development and the decisions we make towards longevity.
