I\'m engaged in the growth and development of the Software Delivery Hub in Catania, spending a part of the time on the technical interviews and training of employees. As Delivery Hub Lead, I coordinate several teams for multiple delivery streams concurrently, through a solid understanding of agile project management methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. In the role, I assure efficiency and innovation as well as the quality of the delivery. Furthermore, I support sales, taking part in the meeting with the clients, explaining designed software architecture for new projects or giving technical solutions for issues on existing software applications. Development environments: Windows, Linux, Eclipse, Intellij Languages: Java 17, TypeScript, Javascript, SQL. Framework: Spring, Angular 10. Tool: Maven, Git, Docker.
