ABOUT GIANNI MOCHI

I started as reliability engineer and moved later to field testing and diagnostics team. In this role I had the opportunity to visit many Oil & Gas plants. I\'m able to combine Oil & Gas technical knowledge on machines with informatics concepts mainly used to provide services and assist Customers. After this period I developed the remote monitoring and diagnostics activity for Oil & Gas products and built a large monitoring center organizing the relevant services while managing facility reshaping. After doubling the covered fleet and developing a new business based on remote services I changed role becoming strategic initiatives leader and started my experience with Root Cause analysis and continuous improvement as GE controlled title. I\'m author of several technical papers and inventor of important patents, currently working on maintenance, risk assessment and continuous improvement as Consulting engineer.Specialties: Mechanical engineering, informatics, data acquisition and transfer, reliability, 24x7 services, performance test, vibration analysis, RCA, process FMEA.
