ABOUT GIANNA TYAHLA

As an Associate Specialist, Global Poultry Marketing at Merck Animal Health, I manage the global promotional material repository and facilitate the distribution of marketing assets to over 50 countries. I collaborate with an external advertising agency to formulate and implement innovative marketing strategies and tactics, including creative assets, LinkedIn content, and a magazine that promotes the team’s successes and accomplishments.I am currently pursuing a MS in Clinical Research at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where I aim to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of animal health.I earned my B.A. in English Literature and a double minor in Marketing and Italian from The College of New Jersey, and I studied abroad at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy, during my final semester. I have previous experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Princeton University Press and was a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at MJH Life Sciences, where I supported the marketing and sales operations teams for Pharmacy Times Continuing Education and Physicians\' Education Resource. I developed and wrote activity overviews and summaries, analyzed social media data, and assisted in entering grants and editing programs. I have also earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn, such as Building Professional Relationships, Building a Trustworthy Reputation, and Making a Case for Accessibility in Your Organization.I am passionate about marketing and animal health, and I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the global poultry team and the company\'s mission. I have strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, as well as expertise in digital and social media marketing. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
