About Gianna Romanos
As a Bioengineering student at Northeastern University, I am passionate about applying engineering principles to biological systems and developing innovative solutions for healthcare challenges. I have a concentration in Cell and Tissue Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. I have completed two co-ops in the biotechnology industry, where I gained hands-on experience in downstream process development and protein analytics. At Ensoma, I contributed to the continuous improvement of downstream processes. At Dragonfly Therapeutics, I ran assays to screen antibodies for liabilities and helped select the best candidates for further stages. My co-op experiences have enhanced my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and motivated me to pursue a career in the biotechnology field.
