Design and develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidates pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques.\\\\n- Implement and manage Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives, participating in job fairs and recruiting events.\\\\n- Manage the onboarding of the new team members and will partner with them over their full employees’ journey.\\\\n- Handle and document personal and confidential information in accordance with compliance and HR procedures.\\\\n- Be involved in all the key HR processes, including onboarding, career development, performance management and HR administration, coordinating HR Team.\\\\n- Responsible for the identification of the most effective recruiting channels, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer preparation.\\\\n- Liaise with Business Leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and talent challenges.\\\\n- Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process.\\\\n- Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function through KPI\'s monitoring.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
