With an engineering background, I immediately began working in complex international contexts, giving me the opportunity to develop multiple technical, managerial and cross-functional skills. This gave me the opportunity to work alongside a professional in the opening of Galvani Sweden AB, a subsidiary of Galvani s.r.l, in which I took on the role of CEO. My goal is the structuring of the new location and the implementation of the entire group in the new industrial era.Being the new CEO of a new subsidiary leads me to improve every day to inspire and develop the people in the organization.
