Territory Manager – SteriCUBE (North & South Carolina)Lead territory development and drive strategic adoption of SteriCUBE’s medical device sterilization technology across hospital systems and ambulatory surgery centers throughout North and South Carolina.SteriCUBE transforms sterile processing by enabling full surgical instrument trays to be sterilized and delivered as a single unit—eliminating blue wrap and reducing delays caused by perforations, wet loads, and reprocessing within perioperative environments.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and expand hospital and ASC partnerships across the Carolinas within surgical and perioperative settings• Partner with surgeons, sterile processing departments (SPD), and OR leadership to optimize surgical workflows and instrument reprocessing• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education on sterile processing workflows, surgical instrumentation, and OR efficiency• Drive value-based selling by building ROI-driven business cases focused on surgical throughput, case volume, and cost reduction• Support capital equipment evaluation, procurement processes, and hospital value analysis committees (VAC)• Lead implementation and onboarding in coordination with SteriCUBE clinical specialists to ensure successful adoption and utilizationBy improving tray preparation, instrument sterilization, and OR setup efficiency, SteriCUBE enhances perioperative workflow, reduces surgical delays, and supports improved clinical and operational outcomes.
