As Finance Cost Operations Manager, I coordinate Group Accounts Payable activities, which include:• Leading a team of 25 across multiple locations, ensuring organizational integration, driving change with the new Accounts Payable process, and supporting the personal development of each team member;• Reengineering the Accounts Payable process through automation, guiding the team in Cost Analysis and Cost Center accounting activities;• Standardizing Accounts Payable procedures across different Business Units and Legal Entities within the group, in collaboration with IT and R&D;• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of new reporting tools in coordination with Management Control;• Overseeing Supplier Accounting and managing approval workflows for purchase requests/orders, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and segregation of duties, while meeting monthly close deadlines;• Collaborate in cost control to support strategic company objectives;• Managing Group accruals governance and contributing to the preparation of annual Budget/Forecast, supporting variance analysis;• Coordinating processes for calculating and settling Agent commissions.
