ABOUT GIANLUCA DANNA

As CEO of Principal Relocation Company & NovaMed I carefully supervise all the aspects of service delivery within both companies to make sure that the teams consistently deliver impeccable service. Originally from Rome, I understand the challenges of moving as I moved within Italy with my family. Then upon finishing my studies in Tourism Management, I moved to the US to further my studies in customer service and to improve my English. Upon leaving the US, I moved to Ireland where I brought a wealth of experience in client services to my role as a cabin crewmember at Aer Lingus.Once I completed my experience in Aer Lingus, I joined the staff at Principal Relocation Company in 2010 as a Relocation Associate. In this position, I managed some of the company’s most prestigious accounts and was promoted to a senior position within the relocation department. In my opinion, the CEO role mission is to inspire, encourage, and enable those throughout the company to adopt transformational ways of working in order to better meet clients’ s needs, stakeholder’s expectations, and the realities of the marketplace.For both, Principal Relocation Company and NovaMed, to be successful openness & honesty, teamwork, autonomy & accountability, innovation, and a mind-set focused on winning are key capabilities.
