I build growth systems for companies that are figuring out how to scale.Right now, I lead growth at Lapsi Health, where we’re building Keikku, an AI clinical platform that brings documentation, diagnostics, and clinical intelligence into one workflow.My work sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue. I don’t think in channels. I think in how everything connects. How someone first hears about a product, what makes them trust it, and what actually gets them to use it. A lot of what I do is take ideas that feel big, messy, or unclear and turn them into something that can actually move. That usually means figuring out the story, building the plan, and then staying close enough to execution to make sure it all holds together. Positioning, GTM, funnel, acquisition, alignment across teams. Making sure what we say, what we build, and how we sell all line up. I’ve spent the last 10+ years doing this in different roles, but the way I work has stayed pretty consistent. I ask a lot of questions, I like understanding how things work, and I care a lot about doing things well, not just quickly. I grew up in a family business as a first generation immigrant. I saw what it looks like to build something from nothing, to make things work even when you don’t have the resources, and to take responsibility early. That shaped how I think about work and opportunity.That mindset never left.I like building things, I like solving problems, and I like being around people who care about what they’re doing.
