Scouting for the U14\'s (2011\'s)Analyzed our current U14\'s during the first few weeks to understand the level of all the players.This helped me realize what positioned needed to be strengthened based on their level and the roster size.Between September through February- Watched 85+ games online through Taka- Generated a database of 250+ players (2011\'s)- Created scout reports with written and visual descriptions(Making individual videos for top players based on their actions both on/off the ball in 2 different matches)Filtering out players to make it more efficient for our lead scout to make a final decision, while using a quality over quantity approach. All this with our clubs methodology in mind to make sure we bring in players that fit our style of play (Or players that have the characteristics to adapt based on how we want to play).During the second half of the season, we take advantage of the showcases/tournaments. This allows our scouting team to analyze the top 30 players in person that we filtered from the 250+.
