ABOUT GIANENZO RICCI

I have built more than ten years of experience, also at an international level, mainly in the following Areas- Operations- IT- Credit- Risk Management- Compliance / Regulatory developing relevant projects mainly in banking sector with important IT impacts. Those experiences are very rewarding and provided me a personal growth to work better, also with a team, pursuing and achieving the goals.I also had the opportunity to work in one of the most important European Banking Group in Organization Area, where I was able to follow in person several project yards (as credits process review, NPL management, IT customers’ satisfaction, securitizations, etc.), mainly while PMO manager, constantly interacting with consulting firm.I have also carried out a preparatory stage to my Master\'s Degree in a primary Auditing Company that certainly was very important for my professional growth.
