As the Marketing Manager with Mario Tricoci Hair Salons & Day Spas, I manage all phases of both the creative and technical elements of marketing initiatives. This includes brand management, print/web collateral development, data acquisition, customer segmentation/profiling, database marketing, mobile, digital and social marketing strategies, advertising and marketing program analysis. I work closely with a cross functional team of internal and external resources to build strategic and multifaceted marketing programs to support 15 salon locations, as well as individualized programs to support specific salons and departments. In addition, I spent seven years in various roles at Starbucks Coffee Company which allowed me to gain a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage category. In my marketing role, I worked closely with the national support team to develop regional initiatives in order to promote new product rollouts throughout a 400 store region, in addition to creating unique locally based programs and promotions.
