ABOUT GIANALY SANTIAGO

Gianaly Santiago is a full-time employee and graduate student. Although she holds those titles, more importantly, she is a strong Latina woman, daughter, sister and friend. Following her attendance at Hoboken High School, Gianaly was accepted to Seton Hall University, offered the Presidential scholarship. At the university, Gianaly began her college journey majoring in communications. Upon attending her first public relations-focused course, Santiago quickly changed her major to public relations with a minor in journalism, which is where her passions lied. Gianaly was accepted into Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honor society of Seton Hall University, where she served at their secretary for two years. In December 2022, Gianaly graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a spot on the Dean’s List each academic semester. Following the graduate application process, Santiago accepted an offer from William Paterson University to participate in their graduate program, majoring in professional communication. Gianaly earned her Master\'s degree from William Paterson University in May 2024. Regarding her professional career, Gianaly was hired in March 2025 as an Associate Account Executive at Juliette Group, specializing in brands such as Beautyblender and Beauty of Joseon. Previously, Gianaly was an Assistant Account Executive at Coyne PR. Following her internship in Summer 2022, Santiago was offered a full-time position on the Hilton team, specializing in the brand\'s loyalty program, Hilton Honors. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Gianaly was also an intern manager, where she mentored young public relations professionals throughout their internship at the agency. Gianaly devoted her free-time throughout her undergraduate career to non-profit and volunteer work. As an empath, Santiago was drawn towards internships and professions that made a difference or positively affected at least one person’s life. Gianaly was the social media manager for two non-profit organizations, David’s Shoes and Say Her Name Newark: one raising awareness against gun violence within underserved communities and the other advocating against sexual abuse towards young women. In the future, aside from academic and financial success, Gianaly aims to lead a life worth living. She has goals of earning a lifestyle that pays in happiness and pride. She is on track to do just that and continues to look for opportunities that bring her closer to that goal.
