Clinical-scientific management of the mental health area of the three facilities of the third-sector Institution (ETS) of the Sisters Hospitallers located in Italy: Villa San Benedetto Menni in Albese con Cassano, Villa San Giuseppe in Ascoli Piceno and Villa Rosa in Viterbo.In wards with more than 200 hospital beds, day clinics and outpatient facilities. The activities focus in particular on the mapping and evaluation of the clinical activities carried out in the three centers, with the identification of types of patients and the definition of common clinical protocols; the revitalization of scientific activities with the involvement of the three centers in research activities and the organization of meetings, seminars and conferences; the involvement in the process of organizational development and the recruitment of health personnel in the mental health field; and the identification of collaborations with other institutions for the development of the health, social assistance and outpatient activities of the three centers.

ABOUT GIAMPAOLO PERNA
Giampaolo Perna was born in Hartford (USA) in 1964 from an Italian father and a Japanese mother. He took his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the State University of Milan, obtaining later a PhD and becoming Psychiatrist. He has been the Vice Chief of the Anxiety Disorders Unit of San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. From 2009 he was appointed as Chairman of the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at San Benedetto Menni Hospital of the Sisters Hospitallers in Albese con Cassano (Como). From 1st January is become the Head of Mental Health Area of the Italian province of sisters hospitallers. He is also Chief of the Personalized Medicine Center for Anxiety and Panic Disorder, Humanitas Sanpiox in Milan. He is also President of the Scientific Committee of the non profit association ALPA (Association Free from Panic and Anxiety) and has been the Scientific Director of the International Foundation for the Support of Research in Psychiatry and member of the executive committee of the AIAMC (Italian Association Behavior Analysis and Modification). He is currently Full Professor of Psychiatry & Academic Coordinator Mental Health Area, Humanitas University (Milan-Italy), Voluntary Professor, Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami (USA), Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences, Maastricht University (The Netherlands) & Director of the Summer School on Affective Neuroscience of the Universities of Maastricht and Florence. In 2017 he obtained the national scientific qualification to function as full professor in Italian Universities He is Chair of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) section on Personalized Psychiatry and member of the executive committee of the Italian Associate Chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (IACABAI). He has been President of the scientific committee of the AIAMC from 2017 to May 2021 and he is currently the President of Collegium Internationale Activitatis Nervosae Superioris (CIANS). He is member of the “New York Academy of Sciences”, the \"American Psychiatric Association\" and the \"Anxiety and Depression Association of America\", the \"Association for Behavior Analysis International\" and the \"European Association for Behavior and Cognitive Therapies\" and one of the most quoted international researcher in the field of Anxiety and Panic Disorders being the author of more than 200 articles in peer reviewed international journals with Impact factor (JCR) with a mean IF>6 per article. His H-index is 60/48 (Google Scholar/Scopus).
