About Najiyyah Gia Mateen

Music has been a part of my life since I was a young child. I practically grew up in a music store, so it’s easy to see why I’ve always been drawn to promoting music and large concert events. I just didn’t stop there; I learned about selling large venues and engaged in long-term relationships in radio and television. I enjoy meeting and conversing with diverse groups and have become a shrewd contract negotiator. I’m drawn to working with diverse groups and teams and excel in business development, launching products, and creating brand awareness. When there is an issue to be resolved, I believe a diverse team is best suited to brainstorm ideas and has the most success in developing innovative and smart solutions. I use my upbeat personality and sense of humor to start conversations and show my confidence in sales, promotions, and public affairs. As a servant leader, I encourage business growth and have been successful in generating repeat business to foster quick and efficient cash flow solutions, as well as industry recognition. I’m hard working and extremely loyal. I believe “the show must go on” and not what the clock says, so you’ll find me in early and staying late to close the deal.
