Development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company’s future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis): Providing consultative guidance to the HR team and business managers across all geographies worldwide on issues and questions regarding compensation and benefits practices. Providing timely and accurate information and direction to tools and resources for HR and managers is key. Leading various compensation-related projects which involve development and/or re-design of existing/new programs (including talent mapping, job grading and job evaluation process, market pricing, design of fixed and variable pay plans, and benefits design & deployment). Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus pay-out processes throughout the company. Support the development and execution of local/regional/global compensation strategies to support the achievement of strategic business initiatives Designing and develop metrics and dashboards to support a variety of compensation initiatives Assisting with the development, preparation and distribution of compensation communication materials Training the HR team and line managers across all geographies in C&B processes and programs Budget definition and management for C&B activities Participate in remuneration networks representing the company.
