July 2022 - Present : Flight Imaging Systems - Group Manager. I am supervising a group of 17 engineers to design, build, and deliver flight imaging systems for instrument or optical system integration. I am responsible for group technical performance, career advancements and awards, hiring.March 2023- Present: Task Manager for FPA delivery to Lunar Advanced Filter Observing Radiometer for Geologic Exploration (LAFORGE) in partnership with APL-John Hopkins University.Feb 2020 - April 2023: SPHEREx Focal Plane Assembly Lead Engineer. Leading the effort for MCT-based detectors as part of Teledyne H2RG/FRSBE package. The effort includes mechanical packaging, connectorization, and integration of optical filters prior to instrument I & 2018 - May 2022: PREFIRE Focal Plane Module Lead Engineer. Led the effort for thermopile-based detectors integrated with custom read-out integrated circuits to be delivered to I&T for PREFIRE Cubesat instrumentshttps://science.jpl.nasa.gov/projects/prefire/Oct 2016 - Jan 2020: MAIA Focal Plane Module Lead Engineer. Led the technical effort to develop UV-VIS/SWIR focal plane modules for the MAIA (MultiAngle Imager for Aerosols) Mission. Manage technical staff of 10+ engineers. 2015 - May 2017: RBI Focal Plane Module Lead Engineer. Led the technical effort to deliver focal plane module with broadband sensitivity up to Far-Infrared for RBI (radiation budget instrument).https://science.nasa.gov/missions/rbiPast projects: Directly involved in the Europa Clipper concept mission and Radiation Budget Instrument for JPSS-2. Conducting Research & Development work on Thermal Imagers for far-infrared spectroscopy (up to 3mm) to map the temperature of bodies in the solar system.
