Countries under management: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Caribbean. • Profit & Loss analysis of directly owned stores. • Direct contact for estate agents and shopping center leasing management with regard to negotiation of contract terms and conditions for both new and existing stores. • Market researches for new business opportunities and relative evaluation of new location offers. • Organization of opening, relocation and closing of stores. • Administering of rental contracts and periodic updates of their terms and conditions. • Preparation of reports in relation to level of rents, stores turnover and analysis of stores profitability.
