Experienced in the aerodynamics development of high performance race and road vehicles. Supervised and completed the entire aerodynamics development for the 296 GT3/LMGT3, 296 GT3 EVO and 296 Challenge programs. Involved in the conceptual aerodynamics development of future high performance Ferrari road and race cars. Main tasks:• To design and develop state of the art aerodynamic solutions, in order to meet the downforce, efficiency and drivability targets of the aero package. • To perform CFD simulations, starting from the definition of the aero surfaces to the post-processing stage. • To develop the performance of internal flows on the car, such as brake cooling and radiator cooling, in both simulation and experimental environments. • To perform and supervise wind tunnel tests, leading the planning, execution and data analysis phases. Experience in both model-scale and full-scale plants. • To achieve the integration of aerodynamic concepts on the car, thanks to a continuous collaboration with the concept design, exterior trim and styling departments. • To communicate aero performance progress, report possible critical issues and give technical recommendations to the program management team.
