As Head of the The Mission Preparation team, I am in charge of the following main duties: Multidisciplinary coordination of the Preliminary and Final Mission Analyses: • Trajectory and GNC • Satellite separation and orbital propagation • Thermal and Mechanical coupled load analyses • Electromagnetic compatibility • On Board Software preparation • Hardware in the loop tests Mission Focal Point: • Interface with internal and external stakeholders • Authority for mission analysis blocking points • Mission expert during launch campaign • Coordinating Post Flight review based on telemetry data Technical Responsible: • for Customer\'s requirements compliance • for Launch Vehicle specification compliance • for Safety regulations compliance • Guarantee correct flow and coherence of data among the disciplines involved in the mission analysis Project Management: • Coordinate reviews and key-points • Definition of mission preparation planning and activity matrix • Responsible for data packages and documentation delivery to Customer and Safety Authority • Responsible for delivery of missionized flight software on time with launch schedule Process Optimization: • Improve reliability of deliverables • Reduce process lead time for launch rate increment • Develope in-house tools for automatization Team Coordination: • leading 3 members of the team • managing the team budget and workflow • building an efficient and appreciated work environment
